GLOWS Food Distribution for the Homeless

About This Project
Elevaid has partnered with GLOWS (https://glows.clubexpress.com/) to organize a weekly food distribution initiative serving homeless individuals in the Garland community. Every Sunday during the holy month of Ramadan, our dedicated volunteers gather at the Salvation Army Gym to prepare and distribute hot, nutritious meals to those experiencing homelessness. This project embodies the spirit of compassion and service, bringing together youth volunteers who cook, pack, and personally hand out meals while building meaningful connections with community members. The initiative not only addresses immediate food insecurity but also creates a welcoming environment where dignity and respect are at the forefront. Through consistent weekly service, we aim to provide reliable support to vulnerable populations while inspiring young people to take action in their local communities.
